Absolutely! Like our Swedish-designed gear, we engineer our products to withstand challenging environments. Our shell jackets and trousers are particularly suited for harsh weather, while our base layers and fleeces provide excellent insulation.

Is there a minimum order amount for free shipping?
Yes, orders over £50 qualify for our Free Explorer Shipping option. For orders below this amount, we offer Standard Expedition Delivery for £12.95.

What are your shipping options and timelines?

Standard Expedition Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx (£12.95 flat rate worldwide)

Free Explorer Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over £50

All orders take 1-2 business days to process at our Swansea headquarters before dispatch.

Do you ship worldwide?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a no-nonsense 15-day return policy from the date of receipt. If you’re not satisfied with your gear, simply contact us to initiate a return. We stand by our products’ performance and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Who pays for return shipping?
