Our Returns Promise

Like our moisture-wicking base layers, we’ve designed this policy to perform when you need it most:

  • 15-day window from delivery date for returns/exchanges
  • Free returns for defective items (we cover shipping)
  • Full refunds to original payment method
  • Quick processing within 3-5 business days of receipt

Adventure Essentials Note: For hygiene reasons, leggings and base layers marked as “final sale” cannot be returned unless defective. All other gear (jackets, gilets, hoodies, etc.) is returnable.

How to Return Your Gear

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our returns team within 15 days of receiving your order:

Step 2: Package Your Items

Repack gear in original packaging with:

  • All tags attached
  • Original receipt/packing slip
  • Completed returns form (we’ll email this)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Standard Returns: Use the prepaid label we email (free for defective items)

International Returns: Ship via tracked mail to:

Refund Process

Like our quick-drying fleece, we process refunds efficiently:

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Original payment (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
  • Deductions: Non-defective returns deduct original shipping fees

Exchange Process

Need a different size in those outdoor jeans or shell jackets?

  1. Follow standard return steps
  2. Note “EXCHANGE” in your email and specify preferred size/color
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process the return

Note: Exchanges subject to availability. For sold-out items, we’ll issue a store credit.
