Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over £50)
    • Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions.

Our Returns Promise

Like our moisture-wicking base layers, we’ve designed our returns policy to perform when you need it most:

  • 15-day window from delivery date for returns/exchanges
  • Free returns for defective items (we cover shipping)
  • Full refunds to original payment method
  • Quick processing within 3-5 business days of receipt

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Leggings marked as “final sale”
  • Base layers marked as “final sale”

All other gear (jackets, gilets, hoodies, outdoor jeans, etc.) is returnable within the 15-day window.

How to Return Your Gear

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our returns team within 15 days of receiving your order to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body:
    • Product Name (e.g., Men’s Performance Hoodie)
    • Size/Color
    • Quantity
    • Reason (Fit/Quality/Other – please specify)
    • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Prepare your return package with:

  • All original packaging
  • Tags still attached
  • Original receipt/packing slip
  • Completed returns form (we’ll email this to you)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Standard Returns: Use the prepaid label we email (free for defective items)
  • International Returns: Ship via tracked mail to:

Refund Process

Like our quick-drying fleece, we process refunds efficiently:

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
  • Deductions: Non-defective returns deduct original shipping fees

Exchange Process

Need a different size in those outdoor jeans or shell jackets?

  • Follow the standard return steps above
  • Note “EXCHANGE” in your email and specify preferred size/color
  • We’ll ship your new item once we process the return

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. For sold-out items, we’ll issue a store credit.
